    October  1, 2019: The Norðlond Sagas  campaign expands the growing "Norðlond" setting – a Norse-inspired world playable with the material in the Dungeon Fantasy RPG  boxed set.
	 
	Three books are included in the campaign pledge; a fourth new book is available as an add-on. There are two setting/campaign books (The Dragons of Rosgarth  and Forest's End ) and a 16-page supplement of character options (Norðlondr Fólk , detailing the races of Norðlond) as part of the pledge levels . . .

    October  3, 2019: We had a wonderful summer visiting stores from Austin to Columbus, along the path to Origins, then up through the Michigan Upper Peninsula, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and down to Indy for Gen Con. Spyke met many new friends and we were able to get some constructive feedback from many store owners . . .

    October  6, 2019: We recently announced the estimated Kickstarter cost for the Car Wars Sixth Edition  game, and some of you expressed concern over the price. Boxes loaded with cards, tokens, custom dashboards, several dice, and large miniatures are not inexpensive, and we recognize that some of you may not have the allowance to get in on the campaign at the four-player core box level . . .

    October  7, 2019: We announce our upcoming titles to distributors and retailers four months ahead of their projected release date. This is for a couple of reasons: One, so distributors can get the buzz out, which lets them then make arrangements to preorder the titles . . .

    October  8, 2019: As we have discussed a few times now, we're letting some Munchkin  games go out of print, either temporarily or permanently, in order to focus our efforts on bringing newer titles to market and keeping the true evergreens available. Over the next few months, Munchkin Apocalypse , Munchkin Booty , and Munchkin Fu  may start to become harder to find on the shelves of your friendly local game store . . .

    October 10, 2019: Our reprint of Deadly Doodles  is at the factory and expected to reach our primary warehouse the first week of December. The game has done well since it was released at Gen Con, and we're doing what we can to bring more in before the holidays . . .

    October 11, 2019: This is it, the last chance to support the Deadly Doodles 2  campaign on Kickstarter and make this project as big as it can be! Project backers have already unlocked all of the new maps, as well as a pack of dice that will be included at no charge in all reward levels of $25 and higher, and there's still time to add a promo card and more dice to the campaign. 
	Next week, after we return from the weekend, we'll take the last steps necessary to complete the project and submit all of the files to the printer.
	Deadly Doodles 2  is coming in 2020, and all thanks to the support of our Kickstarter backers . . .

    October 13, 2019: In addition to the Car Wars Sixth Edition  core rules, the upcoming Kickstarter campaign will also offer miniatures packs that bring even more weapons and gear to the game than you will find in the core rules alone. At the project launch, we'll offer two different packs – three miniatures in each – and stretch goals will expand those to four cars each (as well as unlock entirely new packs).

		Car miniatures.  These range in size from 64mm to 74mm, and are pre-assembled and ready-to-play . . .

For History of Gaming, I gave a high-level overview of the history of SJ Games itself (eliciting a very satisfying gasp from a couple of students when I talked about March 1, 1990) . . .
